Sarwat Ali Khan Founder
Mr. Sarwat is a Six Sigma Black Belt Certified Process Improvement and PMP Certified Project Manager having more than 18 years of experience in Process Improvement, Performance Management, Balanced Scorecard Implementation, ERP Implementations, Project Management, and Six Sigma Projects.
Irfan Rauf Co. Founder
Mr. Irfan has completed ACCA (UK) and MBA Finance from one of the UK’s leading Business School. He has 15+ years of experience in several industries namely Construction, Manufacturing, Logistics and Trading sectors. He is proficient in VAT, closure of year-end accounts, preparation of financial statements as per IFRS, management accounts with complex analysis, budgeting, financial forecasting, and MIS reporting.
Irfan G. Kapadia SCM Partner
Mr. Irfan completed his Masters from Cambridge School of Business and has completed relevant certifications from leading institutions around the world. He is an award winning versatile professional with 15+ years of progressive international experience in leading supply chain & procurement strategies. His areas of expertise include strategic sourcing, supply chain process digital transformation, logistics management, inventory control, freight forwarding, and warehousing & distribution.
Sohail Khan Business Partner
Mr. Sohail has 30+ years of experience in Project Management, & Operations. He has worked on very large IT projects for various domestic and international clients throughout his career. His domain includes implementation of ERP solutions, market research IT systems, and customized software development. On the operations front he has handled more than 200 Market Research projects consisting of a field team spread throughout the country. Currently he is working on emerging technologies such as Artificial Intelligence and Machine Learning.
Imran Patel Technology Partner
Mr. Imran has 30+ years of Information & Technology consulting and training experience of working with government and private sectors in Pakistan, UK, USA, Australia, UAE, and Saudi Arabia. He is a result-oriented leader with high degree of acumen for enterprise, application and technical architectures. Key skills include Solution Architecting, Project Management, and Quality Improvement with implementation of ISO Quality Management System and capability maturity CMM/CMMI standards.
